Information on this site is provided for general reference and does not replace direct communication with our staff regarding enrollment, programming, or clinical services.

Privacy policy

We collect only the personal information you choose to send us through this website, such as your name, email address, phone number, and the details you type into a contact, referral, or careers form. We use it to respond to your inquiry, schedule tours, calls, and services, and review job applications. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers help us run this website. Webflow hosts the site and processes form submissions, including the careers application form, which are emailed to our staff: website inquiries and referrals go to info@blackbearacademy.com, and careers inquiries and applications go to careers@blackbearacademy.com. Cloudflare Turnstile protects our forms from spam and may review technical signals from your browser to confirm a real person is submitting. These providers may use your information only to provide their services.

Please do not include detailed medical or health information in website forms. Website forms and email are for general inquiries only. Our team will follow up to collect any clinical information through the appropriate intake process.

We keep form submissions and inquiry emails only as long as needed to respond, provide services you request, consider job applicants, and meet our recordkeeping obligations. You may ask us to review, correct, or delete the information you sent through this site at any time.

Website analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and actions such as button clicks, taps on our phone number or email address, starting or submitting a form, and clicks on job applications. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives standard technical details such as your browser, device type, and approximate location. We do not send the contents of any form, such as names, contact details, or descriptions of a child's needs, to Google Analytics. We also use Google Search Console, which shows how this site appears in Google search results and does not track individual visitors on this site. This site does not currently use advertising pixels, such as the Meta Pixel. If that changes, we will update this page first. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
