Stephanie grew up in Grand
Rapids, MI and graduated from Michigan State University in 2005 with a bachelor's degree in journalism. After college, she worked as a magazine editor
in Grand Rapids, and then as an administrative assistant in Boston, MA. In the
summer of 2009, Stephanie moved to Chicago with her husband and two cats and
decided to put her experience as a nanny and love of children to good use in a
new career! She began working as an Assistant Teacher in the LE program at
Black Bear in November 2009, and is currently pursuing a master's degree in
Early Childhood Education from UIC. Stephanie is very excited to be an IKI Assistant in Miss Cody's room for the 2010-2011 school year!
